Forgiveness is an intention, a desire, a choice. Radical forgiveness is key to changing your life. Forgive yourself instantly. Forgive yourself for not knowing what you didn’t know. Forgive others to release yourself from the attachment to toxic thoughts and emotions. Forgiveness is meant to free you, not excuse another. Forgiveness isn’t easy but it’s the most important inner work you can do. If you are ready to stop feeling bad, stop being victimized and wounded, stop holding grudges and giving yourself reasons and excuses to be and have less than you desire, then this program is for you!
Forgiveness is a form of love. It can sharpen and broaden your vision for your future and vision will pull you forward to a totally new way of being, perceiving and living. Why should you forgive such atrocious acts of betrayal, neglect, abuse, hurt pain? Because when you know how to forgive and practice it regularly, you will eliminate excess mental and emotional pain that keeps you stuck in repetitive situations, circumstances and experiences that are not healthy or productive. Forgiveness is a gift you give yourself!
WEEK 1 - EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE

In this program we will address the emotional aspect of and the many benefits of forgiveness. Holding unforgiveness, anger, bitterness and pain in your heart will affect your entire being.

We will do focused exercises teaching you how to be more mindful of the power of elevated emotions.

Forgiveness is a vital component for the health of your heart, mind, body and soul. Forgiveness is powerful and truly heals. Forgiving yourself and others through is the key to true transformation and personal growth.

We will do specific exercises and take a journey into our soul to forgive everyone for everything.

Forgiveness can feel hard and unattainable sometimes, but forgiveness is a gift you give yourself. Forgiving yourself allows for peace of mind and the ability to let go of the attachment to pain. You will explore specific areas of your life that can be healed with the power of forgiveness.

For the last hour you will be led on a customized, powerful healing meditation that will reinforce all that you have learned and anchor your energy in a vibration of love and peace that will shift your mind, body and spirit into a state of healing and renewal.
